| 摘 要： | 金融服务业的发展是金融资源集聚与扩散的过程和结果。金融服务业的发展模式有两种：一种是市场反应模式;另一种是政府引导模式。从国际经验来看,金融服务业的发展需要快速增长的经济、优越的区位条件、金融人才的聚集、完善的基础设施、宽松的金融环境与优惠政策等条件。河北省应借鉴国际经验,完善现行金融发展政策。
