| 摘 要： | 党的十七大明确提出要实现经济的又好又快发展,大庆石油装备业也存在一个如何实现更好发展,实现地企合作双赢,进而实现石油装备制造业效益最优的问题。必须解放思想、深化改革,地企通力合作,推进大庆石油装备制造业的战略重组,提升地企合作的层次和水平,实现整个石油、石化装备制业的效益最优化。
