工程建设与调度管理决策支持技术研究

以南水北调工程为原型,制定适用于大型工程建设的项目群管理方法和信息标准,提出适合南水北调工程的项目群规划、管理技术及其实施方案。建立了南水北调工程运营初期调度框架,从决策、优化、控制以及相应的管理技术角度研究南水北调运营初期的管理技术及实践。提出了工程建设与调度管理决策支持系统体系结构与集成技术方案,设计群决策支持系统原型系统。提出了南水北调工程建设信息采集技术,建立统一的信息分类和编码体系,制定数据采集、处理和仿真机制,设计了工程施工形象进度可视化仿真原型系统;在分析南水北调工程建设与运营的风险的基础上设计突发状况应急处置方案,开发了应急处置支持平台。建立了工程建设与调度数据挖掘算法并开发了数据挖掘原型系统。

Study on the Construction and Scheduling Management Decision Support Technology

Based on the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, it established the management methods and information standards of program for large engineering construction and proposed the corresponding program planning, management technology and implementation schemes. Scheduling framework of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project was set up for the initial operation and, the management technology and practice were also analyzed in detailed from the perspective of decision, optimization, control, as well as the main management technology. Proposed architecture and integration technology program of the decision support system of construction and scheduling management, design of Group Decision Support System Prototype System. Proposed information collection technology, to establish a unified information classification and coding system, and develop data acquisition, processing and simulation mechanism, designed to project the image of the progress of construction of a prototype visual simulation system. With the analysis to water transfer project construction and operation designed based on the risk of sudden emergency response plan, it developed an emergency response support platform. A project construction and scheduling of data mining algorithms and the development of data mining prototype system were established too.
