China is facing the severe challege of the relationship between human being and nature, it is becoming the restrictive factor to further develop the economy and society. We must face the reality, put forward the countermeasures, give the guarantee to complete all tasks that advanced by the Eleventh Five-year Plan(2006~2010)of National Economy and Social Development of China. |
