摘    要:随着浙江建材行业的快速发展,产业结构逐步优化,原有行业的人力资源结构发生了很大的变化,已不适应现代建材企业发展的需求。通过调查分析该行业的状况,了解其存在的问题,提出建材行业的人才需求应与行业的信息化、工业化、自动化相适应,建立统一的企业用人标准,加大吸引优秀

Abstract:With the rapid development of Zhejiang building materials' industry and the gradual optimization of the industry structure,great changes have taken place in the previous human resources structure,which is no longer adaptable to modern building materials' enterprises.By analyzing the conditions of the building materials' industry and exploring its problems,this article suggests that the requirements of talents in the building materials' industry should go with its information,industrialization and automation.It also elaborates the establishment of a standard enrollment in enterprises,the tactics in absorbing outstanding people,as well as the combination of the shift work with the performance evaluation.
