| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Zhejiang building materials' industry and the gradual optimization of the industry structure,great changes have taken place in the previous human resources structure,which is no longer adaptable to modern building materials' enterprises.By analyzing the conditions of the building materials' industry and exploring its problems,this article suggests that the requirements of talents in the building materials' industry should go with its information,industrialization and automation.It also elaborates the establishment of a standard enrollment in enterprises,the tactics in absorbing outstanding people,as well as the combination of the shift work with the performance evaluation. |
