| 摘 要： | 本文选择了我国17家建筑业上市公司为研究对象,应用因子分析法,对其2007年度的财务绩效进行综合评价,得出建筑业上市公司财务绩效的综合得分和排名,并对建筑业上市公司财务绩效的影响因素进行分析,以此为企业经营管理者及投资者进行决策提供有价值的信息,也为上市公司提高财务绩效提供借鉴。
