| 摘 要： | 我国银行业的市场化改革肩负着反垄断的神圣使命，《反垄断法》的出台为银行业反垄断提供了重要的法律依据和可靠的法律保障。本文重点就银行业反垄断执法所面临的难题及其化解展开论证，同时提出了自己的具体建议。

| Abstract: | The market-oriented reform of banking industry of China undertakes the task of anti-trust,so the promulgation of Anti-trust Law serves as an important legal basis and a reliable legal safeguard for the anti-trust enforcement of banking industry.This paper focuses on the resolution of the difficult problems for enforcement of anti-trust law in banking industry of China,and some suggestions are put forward for the state anti-trust authority and China Banking Regulatory Commission. |
