| 摘 要： | 金融衍生品创新是上世纪九十年代以来国际金融领域最大的革命.本文通过对金融衍生品创新与金融创新的对比分析,从全新的视角对金融衍生品创新的生产函数重新进行考察,建立了生产函数模型,在此基础上对如何发展我国的金融衍生品创新提出了自己的建议.

| Abstract: | Financial derivatives innovation is the greatest revolution in international finance since 1990s. This paper firstly analyzes the difference between financial derivatives innovation and financial innovation, and researches the output function of financial derivatives from a new point of view. We develop a new model based on which some suggestions to enhance China financial derivatives are made. |
