| 摘 要： | 创业教育是中职学校一门新兴的课程，而抗挫能力的培养是创业教育的核心内容。创业能否成功，关键在于创业者的心态，抗挫能力不仅决定着创业能力的发挥，而且能够激发创业者的聪明才智和创造力。中职学校在创业教育中应将挫折教育作为核心课程，强化学生的抗挫能力。

| Abstract: | Enterprise education is a thriving course in vocational schools with the fostering of failure immunity capacity at its crux. A successful enterprise depends greatly on the mind-set of the entrepreneur. Being strong in adversity not just affects the unleashing of one＇s potential in the enterprise experience, but gives him or her stimulations to bring the wisdom and creativity to a full play. With this concerned, the enterprise education in vocational school shall put this at the core of the course as part of the efforts to remain strong in adversity. |
