| 摘 要： | 2006年全面取消农业税,较大幅度地减轻了农民负担,而农村公共产品投入不足、结构失衡等问题也更显突出,已成为影响农村农业经济持续快速发展的一大瓶颈.扩大农村公共产品覆盖范围,加快建立以工促农、以城带乡的长效机制,是建设社会主义新农村的现实选择.

| Abstract: | Abolition of all agricultural taxes in 2006, representing a significant way to reduce the burden on peasants, and rural public goods investment is insufficient, and structural imbalances; and other issues become more prominent, and has become the affected rural agricultural economy of the sustained and rapid development of a major bottleneck. Expand the coverage of rural public goods, speed up the establishment of the promoting agriculture, rural cities with a long--term mechanism; it is building a new socialist countryside realistic choice. |
