开发区土地集约利用评价——以四川省达州市经济开发区评价为例

摘    要:随着经济的不断发展,开发区在城市中的地位越显特殊,作为当前城市经济的增长点,开发区的土地集约利用程度直接关系到开发区的可持续发展,因而评价开发区的土地集约利用状况具有重要意义。本文在分析开发区土地集约利用内涵基础上选取了14个指标,按照层次分析方法分为3个层次,分别确定各层次指标的权重,以达州市为例,对开发区土地集约利用进行评价。

Abstract:The paper first introduces the significance of evaluating the situation of intensive use of land in economic development zone.Be based upon the situation of Dazhou city,the paper evaluates the intensive use of land in economic development zone via selecting 14 indicators in the light of connotation of intensive use of land,dividing into three levels according to Analytical Hierarchy Process and determining the weight of indicators at all levels separately.
