| 摘 要： | 本文分析了公司股权结构对公司绩效的作用机制,在此基础上考察中国上市公司股权结构的现状,并运用统计和回归分析方法验证了股权结构对公司绩效的作用效果,结果表明中国"扭曲"的公司股权结构对公司绩效的作用不显著,但具有较强的行业效应.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance.We examine the status-quo of ownership structure for China listed companies and test the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance through statistical analysis and regression approach.The research shows that the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance is not significant.However,the effect of industrial type on performance is significant. |
