On Financial Operation Mechanism in House-selling Pension Model

With the advent of a gray society, pension has become a hot topic of increasing concern among the public. Pension system arrangement has been in place for one thousand years, giving rise to various pension models. In this paper, a new pension model --house-selling pension --is proposed. After the model is discussed in terms of basic principles and theory, emphasis is being laid on the operational mechanism and existing deficiencies of financial institutions in applying this model.
