榆林市相对资源承载力与可持续发展研究

以全国和陕西省为参照区域,计算了1997-2004年榆林市相对自然资源承载力（包括相对土地资源承载力和相对水资源承载力）和相对经济资源承载力,分析结果表明,无论是相对于全国还是陕西省,榆林市相对自然资源承载力都处于略微富余的状态,自然资源在综合承载力的构成中占有非常大的比重;榆林市相对经济资源承载力都处于严重超载状态,且对综合承载力的贡献严重不足;榆林市综合承载力都处于超载状态,说明榆林市社会经济发展处于不可持续状态;对榆林市可持续发展问题进行了原因分析并提出了几点建议。

Study on relative resource carrying capacity and sustainable development in Yulin city

The ideas and methods about relative resource bearing capacity are introduced in this paper.Contrasting the resource carrying capacity in YuLin with the nationwide and Shaanxi province,the relative carrying capacity of natural resources（involving the relative carrying capacity of land resources,water resources） and economic resources from1997 to 2004 for YuLin have been calculated.The conclusions indicate that： no matter compared to whole nation or Shaanxi province,The relative carrying capacity of natural resources has been kept in a little plentiful state since 1997.The natural resources take very large proportion of the synthetic carrying capacity;The economic carrying capacity of YuLin city has been placed in overload stage since 1997.And it makes less contribution to the synthetic carrying capacity;The synthetic carrying capacity has been placed in overload stage since 1997,and it shows that society and economy of YuLin are in the unsustainable state.Based on the studies,this passage analyzed the problems of sustainable development and presents some suggestions which are proposed for the sustainable development of YuLin city.
