| 摘 要： | 贵州县域旅游发展迅猛,旅游人才需求大。在调查县域旅游人才需求的基础上,构建了旅游人才能力体系,并就贵州高职高专院校培养适应贵州县域旅游经济发展的旅游人才提出了全新的培养模式。
