| 摘 要： | 通过贵州商专教学督导工作的实践,对＂就业导向＂、＂工学结合＂引导下的高等职业教育的多元化办学模式,提出围绕职业教育特色,促进高素质高技能人才培养质量,以质量控制及质量持续提高为目标,确立＂全面教学质量督导管理＂的建设目标,从而实现督教、督学、督管、督评四结合。

| Abstract: | Regarding the higher vocational colleague running model,which tend to be more diversified,career-oriented and profession and education combined,this paper based on the practices of teaching supervision in Commercial College of Guizhou,propose and promote the idea of bringing the overall quality management concept to teaching supervision and establishing an efficient process to practice the supervision over teaching,studying,managing and evaluation so as to cultivate high-quality and high-technical talents. |
