| 摘 要： | 随着物流业在我国的快速发展，物流人才短缺已成为我国物流业发展的瓶颈，物流人才培养已成为我国物流发展的头等大事。文章站在高职院校的角度。探讨高职物流人才培养定位，并对传统人才培养模式存在问题进行分析。提出加强校企合作，创新高职物流人才培养模式。是高职院校发展的必由之路。
