浙江制造业中的农民工现状研究

当前浙江制造业农民工就业须着重解决三大矛盾:制造业发展与劳动力素质偏低的矛盾;企业用人方式与劳动者对自身利益、前途追求的矛盾;市场机制自发作用与政府调控不到位的矛盾。未来浙江工业化、城市化推进对农民工向产业工人转化的要求:越来越多的农民工成为在企业持续工作的稳定职工;这种转化的核心是培养与现代工业相适应的职业素养和现代意识;这种转化与农民市民化过程相辅相成。农民工向产业工人转化的政策思路:通过社会整合为转化提供重要保证;重视农民工自身的力量;加强转化过程中的政府调控。

Research on Migrant Laborer in Manufacturing Industry in Zhejiang Province

As for the employment of migrant laborer at present,there exit three contradictions which must be solved in manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province.They are as follows: the contradiction between the development of manufacturing industry and the relatively poor quality of laborers,the contradiction between the system of recruitment of the enterprise and workers' seeking their own interests and future,the contradiction between the spontaneity of market mechanism and the improper regulation of government.In the future,an advance of industrialization and urbanization of Zhejiang will demand a change from migrant laborer to industrial worker.More and more migrant laborers are becoming stable workers who are working continuously in enterprises,and the central point of the change is cultivating the professional skills and modern awareness which adapt to modern industry.This change complements the process of the civilization of migrant laborer.And there are some possible policies about the change: to provide an important guarantee by social conformity,to think highly of migrant laborer's own power,and to enhance the regulation and control of the government during this change.
