| Abstract: | At 3 p.m. on November 15, 2007, with demolition blasts, 13 buildings in the old town of Kai County were pulled down. In only 3.5 seconds, the ancient town which had experi-enced tremendous changes of 1800 years disappeared in smoke and dust. The ultimate explo- sion also marked the beginning of the fourth stage reservoir cleaning-up work. |
