| 摘 要： | 基于1996年～2006年的省际面板数据考察财政农业支出对粮食产量的总体效应和结构效应,结果表明:财政农业支出促进了粮食增产,但这种促进效应总体上比较微弱,而且在粮食主产区和非主产区之间并未表现出明显差异.同时,不同类型的财政农业支出对粮食产量的影响不尽一致,其中农业基本建设支出和农业科技三项费用成为推动粮食增产的积极...

| Abstract: | Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 1996 to 2006,this paper studies the overall effects and structural effects of financial agricultural expenditure on food production.The results show that financial agricultural expenditure promotes food production,but the effect of promoting food production is relatively weak on the whole,and it shows no significant difference between major grain-producing areas and non-grain-producing areas.At the same time,the impacts of different types of financial agricultur... |
