| 摘 要： | 创新能力是大学科技园产业集群发展的动力基础.分析大学科技园集群创新的影响因素,从集群基本要素、运行要素、环境要素等三个维度,建立大学科技园集群创新能力影响因子评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对其创新能力进行评价.选取宁波市大学科技园为样本,通过科学评价,可为其寻找提高创新能力的途径提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | Innovation capability is the momentum basis for the development of university science and technology parks.Based on three dimensionalities of basic elements,functioning elements and environmental elements,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of influencing factors for university science and technology parks.The index system is used to evaluate the innovative capability through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The paper also takes Ningbo University Science and Technology Park as an example,after scientific evaluation,theoretical directions are given to seek ways for enhancing innovative capabilities. |
