| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市技术市场从产生、发展到现在,与发达城市相比,还存在技术市场的交易规模较小、技术市场的功能不健全等问题。针对哈尔滨市技术市场存在的突出问题,结合哈尔滨市自身的优势,从扩大技术市场规模、加强技术市场功能建设、加强技术市场信息平台建设等方面提出对策建议。
