摘    要:自2×600MW投产以来,姚孟发电有限公司高度重视600MW机组厂用电管理工作,通过借鉴同类机组的节能管理经验,优化主辅机运行方式、充分发挥热力试验的基础指导作用,进行技术改造等,成功的将600MW机组的厂用电率由2011年4.85%降至2012年的4.38%,提升了600MW机组的能耗水平。同时为600MW机组快速降低厂用电运行水平积累了一定的经验。

The Way to Reduce Station Service Power Consumption Ratio for Supercritical Coal-fired Unit

Abstract:Since the 2x600MW went into operation, Yaomeng Power Generation Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to the power management of 600MW unit, through using for reference of the similar unit energy-saving management experience, it optimizes the main and auxiliary engine operation mode, gives full play to the guiding role of the thermal test, takes technology reform and so on, it successfully makes the service-power consumption rate of the 600MW unit by 4.85% in 2011 reduce to 4.38% in 2012, improves the energy consumption level of 600MW unit. At the same time, it accumulated certain experience for reducing auxiliary power consumption levels of 600MW unit.
