| 摘 要： | 教师要把对教育事业真诚的爱,表现为对学生的宽容、理解、友爱、和善,要对教书育人能力不断进修,逐步趋于完美,是我们用"真、善、美"来塑造学生优秀品质,完成时代教育改革,实现素质教育的根本所在,归结为三个字来概括就是--"真、善、美"。
