废旧单兵破甲弹高压水切割拆解设计和技术探析

摘    要:在分析国内废旧单兵破甲弹拆卸分解技术现状的基础上,立足国内现有装备水平,提出了一种高压水射流多头切割的设计方案及其工作原理,对高压水射流多头切割系统的有关技术问题进行了讨论,对现有单兵破甲弹处理生产线改造以及其它类别的废弹药分解处理具有很高的参考价值。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing disassemble decomposition technique statue of waste individual HEAT projectile in China and based on existing domestic equipment level, this paper proposes the design scheme and working principle of high-pressure water jet multi burner cutting, discusses the technical problems of this system, and has very high reference value for the treatment production line transformation of individual HEAT projectile and decomposition treatment of other waste ammunition.
