| 摘 要： | 体育用品制造业是陕西体育产业的核心内容,促进陕西体育用品制造业的发展,必须走依靠科技政策推动的科学之路。现代社会视域下的体育用品制造业,面临高科技性、高舒适性、高安全性等诸多要求,这决定了陕西体育用品制造业在发展过程中,需要激励型科技政策来支撑其走自主研发、品牌战略之路,需要强制型科技政策来约束其走环境保护、节约能源之路。

| Abstract: | Sports goods manufacturing industry is the core of sports industry in Shaanxi, its development must depend on science and technology policy. Under modem social perspective, sports goods manufacturing industry facing many requirements such as high-teeh, high- comfort and high security, which cause the sports goods manufacturing industry needs incentive-based science and technology policy to support itself walk the path of independent research and development, brand strategy, as well as needs constraint-based science and technology policy to restrict itself walk the path of environmental protection and energy conservation. |
