浅析联合运动中直线误差和角误差之间的关系

摘    要:提高机床的软件补偿方法和坐标测量机的精度一定程度上取决于机误差的建模和测量方法。目前常用的方法是基于刀具的位置误差或笔尖的位置误差的个别轴关节运动误差参数组合。本文的目的是在机器误差分析的基础上提出对错误的分类。这种方法的相关性研究,通过案例研究机制之间的联合运动角度和线性轴机床的直线度误差。通过基于纯粹抽象的数学实验,探索模拟联合运动的直线度和角度误差建模。实验结果结果表明,在某些情况下的关节运动直线度误差不得作为估计整合联合运动学角度误差的依据。

Abstract:Improvement machine software compensation method and the coordinate measuring machine accuracy to a certain extent depends on machine error modeling and measurement methods. The most commonly used method is based on the error parameter combinations of individual axis articulation of the tool position error or the position error of the nib. The purpose of this paper is to machine error analysis based on the error classification. This approach through case studies mechanisms of joint movement angle and linear axis machine straightness errors. Based pure and abstract mathematical experiment, exploring simulate joint movement straightness and angle error. The results of the experimental results indicate that the articulation straightness errors in some cases can not be integrated as an estimated joint kinematic point error basis.
