| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了房地产泡沫以及房地产预警的概念与内涵;介绍了房地产预警的主要方法;并根据复杂系统的控制原理建立了房地产预警体系,提出了相应的预警方法;最后运用预警体系对武汉市房地产发展状况进行了实证分析,提出了武汉市房地产风险控制的相应对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,housing bubble and the connotation of real estate were discussed.And the main means in early warming of real estate was introduced.The early warning system was established based on the fundamentals of complex system.A method of early warning was proposed.At last,the development state of Wuhan real estate was analyzed with the early warning method.On the foundation of it the control countermeasures of risk on Wuhan real estate were put forward. |
