| 摘 要： | 价值分析／价值工程是一种行之有效的管理方法，将之应用在农业物流的实践中，可以有效提升物流服务的价值。通过对一种新型的服务方案植入型农业物流模式的功能分析和成本分析，鉴别出该模式的流程中功能与成本不相匹配的环节，针对这些环节进行改进，可以大幅提升物流服务的价值。

| Abstract: | VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) is a kind of effective management method.By applying it to the practice of agriculture logistics,the value of logistics service could be effectively improved.The paper identified some nodes that badly matched of function and cost through function analysis and cost analysis of a new service project embedded agriculture logistics model.Improving those kinds of nodes,the value of logistics service can be greatly advanced. |
