| Abstract: | In the increasingly fierce competition of hotel industry, individualized service is becoming an increasingly important factor. This paper attempts to carry out a multi-view, multilayer study of turndown service. It has developed a correct understanding of turndown service, analyzes an innovative process rebuilding of the turndown service, and provides approaches to individualized service. The purpose is to increase the holistie core competiveness of hotel. |
