| Abstract: | According to the current changes of both interior and exterior envi-ronment in railway transport enterprises, the paper carries out a comprehen-sive evaluation to the work of railway transport enterprises from aspect offinance, customer, internal management process, technical innovation andhuman resources. In the meanwhile, it probes into the characters of the men-tioned comprehensive work-evaluation system as well as some aspects thatneed to be further discussed. |
