| 摘 要： | 在治国方式上,以毛泽东、邓小平和江泽民为核心的党的三代领导,分别经历了一个从由形式法治到人治、从人治走向法治、再到把依法治国与以德治国紧密结合起来,建设社会主义法治国家的曲折坎坷的发展历程,我党50余年治国演变历史表明,法治与德治必须相辅相成、相互促进,国家才能实现长治久安。

| Abstract: | The three generations of CCP leaders represented respectively by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin have ruled the nation first by law in form , then by humanity, again by law but also by virtue. The history of our party 's over fifty years' ruling shows that ruling by law and ruling by virtue should supplement and promote each other in order to ensure the country's safety and peace. |
