文章通过探讨素质教育的内涵和基本特征,认为大学生素质教育的目标体系应包括思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身体心理素质三个方面。结合辅导员工作中的一些具体事例,从学生思想道德教育、学生学习和学生纪律三个方面详细探讨了辅导员工作中遇到的一些细节问题。指出高校辅导员工作对大学生素质教育目标体系的研究和建立是最不可少的因素之一。

Quality education from the target system to see the work of college counselors
