试论我国一人公司制度

随着市场经济的不断发展，出现了一人公司这一特殊的公司形式。我国公司法也明确承认了一人公司的合法地位，但相关规定还很不完善。本文从一人公司制度构建的理论基础出发，介绍了我国公司法对一人公司的规制及法理分析，最后着重介绍了我国有关一人公司的立法现状，并结合世界主要国家的立法经验，对如何完善一人公司制度提出了几点法律思考。
