| 摘 要： | 近年来宁波高等职业教育事业发展取得了长足的进步，但仍呈现出与区域产业结构不相匹配的状况。造成这一现象的原因不仅有区域产业结构变迁的因素，也有区域经济社会发展基础和高职院校自身的因素。解决这个问题，必须从政府和市场的两个层面共同努力。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education has made rapid progress in Ninbo, but still mismatches the regional industrial structure. There are many reasons for the situation: The vicissitude of regional industrial structure, the basis of economic and social development and the vocational college system as well. The problem can be solved by the government and market. |
