区域经济发展质量评价及其收敛性分析——基于华东地区的经验数据

在推动经济发展的进程中，不仅需要注重“量”的增长，更要注重经济发展“质”的提高。本文通过构建区域经济发展质量综合评价指标体系，定量测度了华东地区经济发展质量的实现程度。研究发现，华东地区经济发展质量总体趋于优化，但各省市阵营之间的差距始终存在，进而通过横向比较，分析了华东地区各省市在经济增长的稳定性、社会总需求、经济结构、科技进步、经济发展可持续性和社会福利等方面存在的差距。进一步的收敛性检验发现，华东地区经济发展质量差距在逐渐缩小，尽管收敛趋势并不十分明显；华东地区东部沿海省市与华东地区中部省份区内经济发展质量存在俱乐部收敛现象。

The Evaluation and Convergence Analysis of the Quality of Regional Economic Development -- Based on the experience data in East China

In the process of economic development, it is not only need to pay attention to the ＂quantity＂ of economic growth, but also need to pay more attention to the improvement of ＂quality＂. In this paper, through the construction of quality evaluation index system of regional economic development, we meas- ured the degree of realization of the quality of economic development in East china. The study find outs the overall quality of economic development in East China tends to be optimal, but the gap between the provinces camp always exist; And through the transverse comparison analysis in the stability of economic growth, social total demand, the economic structure, the progress of science and technology, economic development, sustainability and social welfare and so on the gap between the provinces in East China. Through further convergence test, we find that in the East China economic development quality gap is gradually shrinking, while the trend of convergence is not very clear; economic development quality exis-ted club convergence phenomenon in the area of East China eastern coastal provinces and the central province.
