| 摘 要： | 物流业是中国加入WTO受影响最大的产业之一，而黑龙江省因为经济不发达，物流业存在规模小、相关度不高、总体效率低等问题，又是我国物流业中受冲击最大的省份，为此就我国物流业开放领域的承诺、内容，结合在黑龙江省调研有代表性的物流企业(集团)第一手资料，分析物流业所受的影响。

| Abstract: | After entering WTO, logistics industry is one of the greatest affected in china. Because Heilongjiang Province has less developed economics, logistics industry has some problems such as small scale,low relevant degrees and total efficiency and so on. In addition Heilongjiang Province the is the largest impacted province in the logistics industry of our country,the paper analyzes the influence the promise and content in open area of logistics industry, combining firsthand materials surveyed representative logistics enterprise in our province. |
