摘    要:自2009年起教育部决定对专业学位研究生实行全日制培养,为提升专业学位研究生培养质量,各培养单位围绕培养模式和培养机制进行了深入研究和探索。文中基于专业学位研究生产学研协同培养的新视角,运用系统论方法,把企业、科研机构与高校作为专业学位研究生人才培养系统中的主体,构建了以"组织—过程—资源"为子系统的专业学位研究生协同培养机制的理论模型。

Abstract:Since 2009, the Ministry of Education decided to implement full-time programs for the postgraduate education of specialized degree training to enhance the quality of professional degree graduate cultivation. Based on the new perspective of professional degree graduate's industry-university-research cultivation mechanism, using the system theory to put the research institutions and universities as the main body of professional degree students' talent training system, This article constructs a theory model which puts the "organization-process-resources" as the professional degree student's cultivation.
