浅析国网公司物资仓储标准化建设

我国的物流产业发展迅猛,但缺少必要的物流行业标准和行业规范,是导致物流效率普遍不同的主要原因。国网公司为推进物流体系建设,针对目前国内外物流发展的现状,立足于本集团的实际,将仓储作为促进物流体系建设的切入点,通过四统一（＂统一规划、统一标准、统一管理、统一流程＂）,在试点单位开展仓储标准化建设取得成功后,在系统内形成示范和连锁效应,以点带面,分阶段、分步骤地开展仓储管理标准化和仓库建设标准化,为促进统一的与国际接轨的现代物流国家标作做出努力。

A Brief Analysis on State Grid Corporatoin Material Storage Standardization Construction

There is a rapid development of the logistics in China, but low efficient operation is common in it for the lack of necessary industrial standards norms. For promoting the construction of logistic system, State Grid Corporation has looked on warehouse as the point cut for the construction of its logistics according to the current situation of logistic development at home and abroad and with the cornerstones on its reality. By means of the Four Unifications in plan, standard, management and process, something successful has been made in the standardization of warehousing in its experimental departments, and the demonstration and ripple effect has emerged in the electrical scope. The standardization of warehousing management and warehouse construction has been undertaken from the local to the whole, by stages and by steps. This is the effort for the state standard of modern logistics with good unification and internationally compatibility.
