| 摘 要： | 文中分析了苏州地区区域经济的特点,运用DACUM分析物流企业对物流人才的职业能力要求,以CDIO教学理论为指导,结合区域经济环境的特点提出了基于职业能力导向的教学模式改革方案,注重学生的自主学习能力、职业岗位能力、创新能力,形成符合自身特色的物流专业API-CDIO教学模式。基于API-CDIO教学模式能够有效培养学生在商业环境中,具备对物流项目和系统进行构思、设计、实现与运行的能力。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the characteristics of Suzhou area regional economy and studies the request of logistics enterprises in logistics professional ability with DACUM method. According to the CDIO teaching theory and the characteristics of Suzhou regional economy, the paper puts forward the CDIO teaching model reform scheme based on professional ability oriented. The CDIO scheme focuses on the students＇ autonomous ability, the professional ability and innovation ability. It can be called API-CDIO teaching mode. API-CDIO teaching mode can effectively cultivate students＇ conception-design-implement-operation ability to Logistics project and system in the business environment. |
