物流企业代收货款业务综合管理模式研究

文中分析了目前物流企业代收货款业务的发展现状,认为物流企业代收货款业务的增长率高,但是风险非常大,并进一步分析了造成代收货款业务风险的原因,认为造成代收货款业务风险的原因有企业自身以及外部市场两方面因素。在此基础上,文中提出了物流企业代收货款的综合管理模式,指出了这种模式的管理机制、参与各方及其相应的职责。

Research on Comprehensive Management Mode of Payment Collection

This paper analyzed the present situation of logistics enterprise payment collection business and argue that the growth rate of logistics enterprise payment collection business is high,but the risk is high too. This paper further analyzes the causes of payment collection business risk. On this basis,this paper research on comprehensive management mode of payment collection and put forward the operation mechanism,this pattern of all parties involved and their responsibilities.
