| 摘 要： | 高层次物流人才的相对匮乏已成为制约中国物流产业发展的重要瓶颈,培养满足物流企业和社会各方面需求的物流工程领域中高级人才迫在眉睫。文中通过对物流工程专业学位研究生培养现状的分析,明确了加快构建专业学位研究生协同培养机制的必要性,并从＂校内协同与校企联合＂等视角提出了构建＂政产学研用＂协同培养机制的建议对策。

| Abstract: | The lack of high-level logistics talents has become a major bottleneck for logistics industry in China,so it＇s imminent to train the logistics engineering senior talents for meeting the needs of logistics enterprises and society. Based on analyzing the present training conditions of logistics engineering postgraduates,this paper confirms the necessity of accelerating the construction of collaborative training mechanism for lofgistics engineering postgraduates,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures to build the collaborative training mechanism named ＂politics-output-study-research-use＂ from the perspective of ＂school collaboration and school-enterprise cooperation＂. |
