M食品连锁经营企业物流配送体系优化研究

配送体系的有效与否决定了企业能否发展壮大,M食品连锁经营企业作为食品连锁行业发展起来的一颗新星,目前发展的势头迅猛,但其物流配送环节还十分薄弱,成为了现阶段企业发展壮大的一个＂瓶颈＂问题。文中以M食品连锁经营企业B城市配送体系为研究对象,针对其存在的货物配送不及时、配送中易发生损耗等问题,提出要专设生产型配送中心,缓解生产门店压力、科学选址并提升物流设施设备建设、合理组织和安排配送作业流程、不断创新配送模式、合理安排和规划配送时间与路线、不断加强物流配送体系的信息化建设、开展对全体人员知识和技能的培训和不断修正和完善配送体系等建议。

Study on Logistics Distribution System of M Mood Chain Operation Enterprise

Distribution system is effective or not determines the enterprises can develop,M food chain operation enterprise as a star up development of the food chain industry,the rapid development momentum,but the logistics distribution is still very weak,it has become a ＂bottleneck＂ problem at the present stage of the development of enterprise. Based on the M food chain operation enterprises B city distribution system as the research object,according to the existing distribution of goods is not timely,prone to loss and other problems of distribution,put forward to specialized production distribution center,to alleviate pressure,scientific location and improve logistics facilities construction,organize and arrange delivery process,continuous distribution mode innovation,arrange and plan delivery time and route,continue to strengthen the construction of information distribution model of logistics,development of staff knowledge and skills training,and to revise and improve the distribution system and so on.
