摘    要:在武汉城市圈发展进程中,现代物流业发挥了重要的作用。为了有效地认识武汉城市圈中各城市物流能力的基本情况,在界定区域物流能力内涵的基础上,选取区域经济环境、区域物流产业规模、区域物流信息规模3个方面构建描述区域物流能力的指标体系。以武汉城市圈9个城市为研究对象,结合相关统计数据,采用模糊物元法对2010年武汉城市圈9个城市的物流发展情况进行评价和比较,依据9个城市的排序结果,分析各城市的物流能力发展水平及影响因素,最后给出相关的建议。

Abstract:In the process of development of Wuhan city circle,modern logistics industry has played an important role. In order to effectively understand Wuhan city circle's logistics capabilities,on the basis of defining the meaning of logistics capabilities,we build logistics capability index system from regional economic environment,regional logisticsindustry scale and regional logistics information scale. Combined with relevant data,we study on nine cities of Wuhan city circle. Applying fuzzy matter-element method,we evaluate nine cities' logistics development of Wuhan city circle in 2010. According to nine cities' sort result,we analyze the level of development of the city's logistics capabilities and influencing factors and finally give relevant recommendations.
