| 摘 要： | 要建立良好的校企合作关系,必须先建立良好的校企合作机制。为确保企业的积极参与,要建立利益机制,让企业在合作中能够获取相应收益;建立良好的管理机制,能够随着合作模式、方式等的变化进行管理机制的动态调整;建立风险分担机制,明确校企双方各自的风险责任。

| Abstract: | To establish good cooperation relationship, a good cooperation mechanism should be established firstly. In order to ensure the enthusiasm of the enterprise, interest allocates mechanism is needed firstly, which bring obtain for the enterprise; Then they are the management mechanism which is dynamic, and the risk-sharing mechanism which clear the respective risk responsibility. |
