| 摘 要： | 首先文中根据应急物流的特点设计了应急物流外包供应商的评价指标体系,然后利用ANP-TOPSIS模型确定指标的客观权重,并计算和分析方案的排序;最后进行算例研究,为选择应急物流外包供应商提供了理论研究。

| Abstract: | This paper designs the evaluation index system of emergency logistics outsourcing suppliers according to its features,uses the ANP-TOPSIS model to determine the objective weights of the selected criteria and analyzes the ranking of the outsourcing suppliers; though an empirical research is conducted to provide a theoretical basis for government to choose outsourcing suppliers. |
