| 摘 要： | 石油供应链绩效管理对于优化石油供应链结构、提高石油供应链整体绩效具有十分重要的意义。文中介绍了价值链理论,从价值链的角度对石油供应链进行了全面价值分析,确立了石油供应链的价值焦点,并从石油供应链内部节点企业、石油供应链整体视角和客户价值三个方面构建了石油供应链绩效指标体系,为石油供应链绩效管理和评价打下了基础。
