| Abstract: | At the information age,network is the biggest characteristic which covers all aspects of social life.Leading cadres are the promoters and planners of the era who must master the network knowledge and technology and manage well the network and media and cultivate the information quality at the information era.Only this could they operates effactively and scientifically logistics at their work and lead the cadres move towards the most advanced culture. |
