摘    要:大学跨越式发展意味着学科体系的完备和规范化以及科学研究水平的提升。这两者需要建立起良性互动的关系。作为制度性支撑,我们设计一个简要的教师利益通道,提出5个关键点,并做了9点解释性说明。

Abstract:Discipline construction and science research are key issues we encounter in the effort to build a first - class university. Discipline construction is a prerequisite and propeller for science research, while science research is an important vehicle and the main content of discipline construction. The two tasks are mutually conductive and inalienable from each other. As a support of arrangement of institution, a beneficial channel device for faculties is designed which consists of 5 key items and followed by 9 interpretative directions.
