| Abstract: | Form of system of geological prospecting enterprises should be decided by its practical conditions. The paper analyses the current situation of geological prospecting enterprise, bear ability of reform. It also expounds relevane problems including the selection of form of reform in geological prospecting enterprises, the transform of management function in responsible department of geological prospecting enterprises. |
